What this website collects
This site sets no cookies and has no advertising or tracking. Its fonts and photos come from this site itself, so visiting it sends nothing to Google or any ad company. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no profile of you: it tells us how many people opened a page, not who they are.
If you fill in the free-sample form, we keep what you send (your details, answers and any photos) so we can build your sample, and your website if you go ahead. Only Brandon can open the full request. An automated assistant we use to run the business sees the business name and the time of each request, so we hear about it quickly; your contact details and photos stay in the private list. We never sell or share what you send.
Our host
The site runs on Cloudflare, which sees your connection's address to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. To stop spam on the form, we keep a scrambled one-way code made from that address for about an hour, never the address itself.
Deleting your information
Ask and we delete your request and its photos, usually the same day.
Emails from us
We may email local businesses about a sample website we built for them, using the contact address the business published. Every email says who it is from and how to stop further emails. Reply "no thanks" and we will not email you again.
Sample websites
A sample is built only from facts a business has published, such as its name, services, town and phone. Samples are private, are not shown in search engines, and are taken down within 24 hours on request. Sample and demo sites load their fonts from Google Fonts and their maps from OpenStreetMap, so those services see a visitor's connection like any website would, and their visits are counted the same cookieless way.
Websites we build for clients
Contact forms on client sites send messages straight to the client's own inbox. We do not keep or sell the messages, and we do not sell anyone's information.
